PhotonCheck-A1 is a next-generation A1 non-combustible reflective vapour control membrane designed to improve thermal efficiency while delivering the highest level of fire safety in wall, ceiling and floor structures. Certified to BS EN13501-1 (A1) – the same rating as stone wool, concrete and brick – PhotonCheck-A1 provides full non-combustibility with no contribution to smoke or flaming droplets.
As part of the UK’s first A1 non-combustible reflective membrane range, PhotonCheck-A1 uses a unique woven glass and aluminium composite that prevents fire spread through the internal layers of the building envelope. By eliminating combustible components, it helps ensure compliance with the latest regulations for high-rise and higher-risk buildings. PhotonCheck-A1 has been independently tested and certified as A1 non-combustible in accordance with BS EN13501-1 by BRE Global Ltd (Report Number Q100799-1004).
