A1 Non-Combustible Reflective Breather Membrane for High-Risk Buildings
PhotonWrap-A1 is the UK’s first A1 non-combustible reflective breather membrane, engineered to enhance the thermal performance of external walls while meeting the highest fire safety requirements. Certified to non-combustible to BS EN13501-1 (A1) – the same classification as stone wool, concrete and brick – PhotonWrap-A1 is specifically developed for buildings where fire safety is paramount.
Using a unique woven glass and aluminium composite, PhotonWrap-A1 does not burn, does not contribute to fire growth and does not generate flaming droplets or smoke. This provides critical time for evacuation and firefighting, greatly reducing the risk of fire spread through the building envelope.
PhotonWrap-A1 has been independently tested and certified as A1 non-combustible in accordance with BS EN13501-1 by BRE Global Ltd (Report Number Q100799-1004).
